No worries. We know from experience that jukebox use can vary a little from month to month. If it hasn’t taken enough, you don’t have to pay anything extra.

If we notice the jukebox isn’t taking enough over a longer period, we’ll contact you to find a solution together, for example by switching to the PRO plan. Only with your approval, of course.

No. We don’t work with contracts that tie you down. If you want to end the partnership, you can do so whenever you decide. We’ll then collect the device within 14 days.

The PRO or UNLIMITED subscription is cancelled from the following month. You do still pay all invoices already received.

BASIC is a free, ad-free music solution, as long as the jukebox brings in profitable takings.

With PRO you pay a fixed monthly amount and receive 50% of the total takings. You also get the stay guarantee, your own credit prices, a custom wallpaper and 2 screensaver slots for your own ads.

UNLIMITED puts the jukebox in Free Play Mode: you and your customers choose unlimited music, completely free for your customers too.

With the PRO and UNLIMITED plans you can choose to pay annually. You then get 10% off the monthly amount: €90 instead of €100 per month for PRO, and €180 instead of €200 per month for UNLIMITED (excl. VAT).

If you stop the annual plan early, we refund every quarter that hasn’t started yet.

With your remote you convert tokens into credits on the jukebox. As soon as the credits appear on the jukebox, songs can be chosen. One token is good for 3 songs.

BASIC includes 20 tokens (60 songs) per month, PRO 100 tokens (300 songs) per month.

With a paid plan (PRO or UNLIMITED), the jukebox is guaranteed to stay at your venue.

With the free BASIC plan, the jukebox can stay as long as the takings are sufficient.

Digital Jukebox is a system known to Unisono. That means it can be used legally in bars and restaurants, unlike YouTube or Spotify, for example.

Please note: we don’t pay your venue’s Unisono bill. As for any bar or restaurant that plays music, it remains the responsibility of the operator.

Yes, at any time. The new price applies from the first day of the following month.

Each month you receive an invoice, payable within 3 weeks. After the third reminder, the jukebox is automatically blocked until payment is received.

No. Delivery, installation, maintenance, repairs and updates are always free, on every plan.
